The pricing of the tours are calculated according to the number of guests; seasonality is also taken into account.

The reservation is made only after you confirm the request by adding a service fee to the guest's profile page, which the guest can pay online using VISA / MASTERCARD cards.

Any features from Start, Standard or Premium plans are included. The difference between the packages is only related to the website design. Each module can be customized to meet your company's unique needs.

Will training for Tour Master be provided?

Yes. An Alligattor Technology partner provides in-depth training for you and your company's staff. This includes a one-on-one screen sharing session where you'll learn the ins and outs of our platform. After your initial training , our support team will be available to you by phone, email and live chat.

Do we need any technical experience to use Tour Master?

No! Tour Master was created with the idea that non-technical users can jump right in. There is absolutely no coding required.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes of course! While your website is being built you'll get a temporary URL such as companyname.tourmaster.net. When you're ready to go live, we'll help you point your domain name to Alligattor technology partner servers and your new website will be live.

What kind of design will my new website have?

With the standard package, we will customize your website design to match Your logo and brand colors. For other packages, the design will be original and unique
